I am Gene Lewis-Clarke a Palmerston North based property manager with 20 + years of experience keeping Manawatu homes looking great and working right. 

My standards are high as you would expect from someone with 20 + years in the security industry and concurrent territorial service in the New Zealand Defence Force.

I have held security clearances for most of my professional life and all my sub contractors are vetted and work with me on a long term basis. No fly-by-nighters.

I created this business to allow me the opportunity to help people and to pursue my passions. That is fixing things, making things, doing small renovations and cleaning and tidying. Both indoors and out. 

If I can't fix it, I will find someone that can! 

So I decided to go out on my own, avoid franchise fees and help people cross things off their to do lists.
